- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to property and brand standards.
- Making beds, replacing linens and towels, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restocking guest amenities and ensuring each room is fully prepared for arrival.
- Paying attention to the small details that transform a clean room into a welcoming experience.
- Managing your assigned rooms efficiently so they are ready for occupancy on time.
- Helping maintain hallways, lounges, restrooms, elevators, and other hotel public areas.
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests related to Housekeeping.
- Communicating maintenance concerns, lost-and-found items, supply needs, and room-status updates to the appropriate team members.
- Working independently while remaining connected to and supportive of the Housekeeping team.
- Taking pride in knowing your work directly contributes to guest comfort and satisfaction.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
- Hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to organize responsibilities and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and proper chemical-handling procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respond courteously to guest requests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive movements while cleaning guest rooms.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and operate standard cleaning equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move linens, towels, supplies, trash, and guest-room items.
- Ability to use cleaning products and chemicals safely and according to established procedures.
- Ability to work in guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, storage areas, and other back-of-house locations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
