Your next opportunity:

We have a great opportunity available for an Allocator to join our high performing team located in Milton, Brisbane. This fast paced, dynamic and rewarding position as part of the team, you are responsible for the successful delivery experience of our customers.

This role is pivotal to ensuring maximum fleet effectiveness while proving a great customer experience.

Your day will involve:

  • Identifying and delivering flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunities, facilitating order fulfilment through effective order scheduling to maximise volume, profitability and customer service
  • Develop and foster effective intra/intercompany relationships with our delivery partners in sales and operations
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers to ensure we can deliver as requested
  • Forward planning to provide efficient and effective logistics and resource allocation
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to problem solve mix specification issues
  • Work with a team of allocators and internal stakeholders, including sales and operations, to ensure maximum customer outcomes.
  • Ensuring key customers have service expectations consistently met and identifying additional sales and service opportunities

What are we looking for?

  • Previous customer focused roles, working in a very fast paced, ever changing environment. Logistics and/or scheduling experience, ideally in the transport or construction industry a bonus.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and to work under pressure
  • Be prepared to work flexibly within a team and contribute to achieving shared goals
  • Strong attention to detail – is comfortable with Data and master data systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a wider team
  • Stakeholder communication and engagement
  • Good knowledge of QLD metropolitan geographical area

This is a permanent full time position. You must be available to work varying shifts between our operating hours of Monday to Friday 5.30am – 5:15pm and rotating Saturdays 5:30am – 12 noon
