We are expanding our team and have an exciting opportunity for an Allocations Assistant to support our road freight operations at our Sandgate depot.

Our Company:

Crawfords is a privately owned and locally operated transportation and logistics company. Our operations are in road, rail, port logistics and warehousing. We operate multiple depots in New South Wales and Central Queensland.

About the role:

As an Allocations Assistant, you will work closely with our Allocators to schedule and coordinate road freight services, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. This role is fast-paced, requiring adaptability to changing schedules and strong problem-solving skills. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy logistics coordination, and take pride in delivering exceptional service to customers, this could be the role for you!

What we are looking for:

• Transport & Logistics Knowledge – Experience in transport scheduling or coordination
• Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline
• Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks
• Team Player with Initiative – Able to follow direction while also taking ownership of tasks
• Resilience & Problem-Solving Skills – Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment with evolving challenges
