Job Description

Nokia is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Fixed Network Supply Chain Team.

As an Allocation Planner you will drive the end-to-end allocation of New Product Introduction (NPI) across the Supply Chain network. You will play an important role in ensuring that forecasted demand, production capacity, and logistics constraints are aligned with customer priorities, supporting a smooth and timely market launch of new products.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Development, Supply Chain Program Management (SCPM), Demand Planning, and Manufacturing teams to translate NPI plans into actionable allocation planning and ensure effective execution across the Supply Chain network.

This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in the Bydgoszcz office.

  • Develop and maintain allocation in SAP for each NPI project/product in the BBD portfolio
  • Collaborate regularly with SCPM, Demand Planning, and Product Line Manager (PLM) teams to ensure alignment of NPI allocation plans
  • Monitor the BBD release roadmap and align NPI allocation accordingly
  • Coordinate and follow up on project-related issues that may have an impact on NPI allocation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned from NPI rollouts and recommending process enhancements
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify potential allocation risks and support timely resolution

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction, demand planning, or a related Supply Chain function within the industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SAP
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with good verbal and written English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of teamwork, ownership, and accountability
