Ready to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team?

Intrinsic Health Group is seeking an Allied Health Manager to lead and support our Ipswich allied health team.

This role would particularly suit an experienced allied health clinician ready to step into leadership, who enjoys mentoring clinicians and shaping services while maintaining strong clinical insight.

A minimum of 4-5 years of allied health experience is required for this position.

You will play a key role in helping clinicians thrive while supporting the development of services across the region.

We are flexible in how this role can be structured and welcome applicants who would like to maintain a clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities. We are also open to exploring a job-share arrangement if it helps us secure the right leadership fit for the team.

About the Role

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of allied health clinicians delivering services across clinic, home and community environments.

The team supports clients across the lifespan including Support at Home, aged care, disability and private services.

This role focuses on supporting clinicians, strengthening collaboration across disciplines and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

About You

  • Relevant allied health qualification with professional registration

  • Qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology are preferred for this role

  • Previous leadership or senior clinician experience preferred

  • Clinical background strongly preferred

  • Passion for mentoring and developing clinicians

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Driver's licence

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

  • COVID and flu vaccination evidence

  • Full working rights in Australia
