At Living to the Max Occupational Therapy, we believe that loving where you work makes all the difference — and we've built a team culture that proves it.
We are a thriving community-based OT practice with a team of 18+ passionate Occupational Therapists, working across multiple funding streams to deliver meaningful, high-quality services to our clients. Our work spans the full breadth of community OT — and no two days look the same.
Our team is our greatest asset. From day one, you'll be welcomed into a genuinely supportive environment where collaboration is the norm, not the exception. We share knowledge, celebrate wins, and show up for each other — whether that's clinically or over a team coffee (yes, we take our coffee breaks seriously).
We work hard, but we also make time to enjoy the journey together. Team lunches, shared laughs, and a culture built on mutual respect make Living to the Max a place people actually want to come to each day.
We understand that life happens outside of work, and we've designed our working arrangements to reflect that. With flexible hybrid working, you'll have the autonomy to structure your days in a way that supports both your clients and your lifestyle.
Work-life balance isn't just a buzzword here — it's something our leadership team actively champions and protects.
Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned clinician looking for your next challenge, Living to the Max invests in your professional journey. Career development is a genuine priority for our leadership team, with opportunities to broaden your skills, explore new funding streams, and step into areas of practice that excite you.
Oh, and Did We Mention?
Our office is proudly pet friendly. Because every great workplace deserves a four-legged colleague or two.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Allied Health Assistant to join our small, but mighty team! You will support our clinicians to provide high quality service to our clients. You will enhance the client experience by providing a range of activities to optimise this, whilst contributing to a healthy work environment.
You will have initial communication with our clients, and provide assistance and friendly support to our OT’s throughout the clients journey. You will manage documentation from initial enquiry through to invoicing. Oversee and support the smooth and efficient running of the office.
We love nothing more than working with our participants to achieve their short- and long-term goals. Whilst our Living to the Max team may be small, we are experts in our field and strive to provide future clinicians with the best possible education.
