As an Allied Health Assistant, you'll work closely with our Rehabilitation Consultants, keeping operations running smoothly, supporting quality service delivery, and growing your skills in a field that genuinely matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the broader team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:

• Report writing and documentation support
• Managing client files and records
• Liaising with healthcare providers
• Requesting and following up on medical documents
• Project and general admin support

About You

• We’re looking for someone who’s organised, curious and eager to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
  Admin or customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and time management
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team-first attitude
• Currently studying, or working towards a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Exercise Physiology
