Job Purpose

Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12-month programme. The objective of this programme is toattract, develop, and retain talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company,while also fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. The programme will commence inmid-April 2026.
Business Functions: Finance

What you do

• Supports CFO office / department in board / senior management presentations aswell as PMO activities of strategic and transformational projects (e.g. capitalmanagement, talent development, transformation, M&A)
• Supports Finance function in yearly strategic planning cycle in collaboration withother departments (e.g. Strategy team)
• Supports in preparation and facilitation of Mgmt and working meetings (e.g. Regionaland Local Steering Committees, workshops
• Assists in preparing financial reports, forecasts in collaboration with reporting team
• Participates in financial analysis (P/L and balance sheet)and data reconciliation andsupports in driving recommendations for the business.
• Collaborates with with different functions within Finance department and iases withother departments (People & Culture,COO, Distribution & Strategy
• Contributes to process improvement initiatives within the finance department
• Participates and co-leads a Sustainability project and final presentation to theRegional Board of Mangement.
• Involvement in a Sustainability year-long project for all apprentices, with finalpresentation at AZAP Stand-up or the Board Members.

Job Rotation:

• Within the CFO department, specific regional and global projects are ongoing in the fields of:
  1) Capital Management
  2) Finance Transformation
  3) Finance Talent development
• On top of the Finance related programs and initiatives, the apprentice will be involved in regionalplanning cycles and sustainability projects, as well as rotations (2-3 weeks) into otherdepartments, e.g. Distribution, IT and Ops. The rotation is also based on the apprentices interestsand development goals.
• Mentorship Programme:
  The mentorship programme includes a dedicated mentor (senior leader within Allianz,eg. Regional Head of Finance) for
  job shadowing, individual catch-ups for experiencesharing and guidance.

What you bring

• Recent graduate (between 2024-2026) from any local polytechnic in Singapore
• The ability to bring new ideas and perspectives, which can lead to innovativesolutions and approaches within the organization
• Eagerness to Learn and take initiatives in projects and tasks
• Flexibility and open to change in a dynamic work environment
• AI-skills e.g. ChatGPT and Copilot an advantage
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
