The opportunity:

The Alliances Manager is a key role within Celfocus, responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing strategic partnerships. This involves identifying and promoting the key solutions that Celfocus can bring to the partners, discussing and negotiating agreements, and ensuring that both parties benefit from the alliance. The Alliances Manager's key focus is to promote Celfocus's services through these partnerships and to generate new business opportunities.

This role will report directly to the Executive Director of Partnerships.

Your day-to-day:

  • Develop and implement an alliance strategy that aligns with Celfocus overall business goals, within the partner(s) assigned.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact for Celfocus.

  • Promote Celfocus services through strategic partnerships, leveraging both Business Lines and Marketing teams’ efforts, as well as other collaborative initiatives.

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic partners, identifying potential clients and projects, and articulate within the Celfocus Market Clusters and Business Lines teams to support them throughout the entire cycle.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

  • Being the voice of the partner inside Celfocus, ensuring that we also promote business to our partners.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in presales, alliances management, business development, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of the consulting industry and the types of alliances that are most effective. Preferably having worked with the major hyperscale technology, such as Microsoft, Google, or AWS.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and with external partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
