Team Overview
As the Alliance Membership Manager, you are a vital part of the Church & Ministry Alliance (CMA) team and will report to the Strategic Alliance Director. You will be responsible for executing new member sales strategies to grow membership and partnership relationships in Alliance Defending Freedom's Church & Ministry Alliance. This includes identifying potential members, conveying the high value of membership benefits, building relationships, networking, and ensuring the success of the membership onboarding process. You will also execute member engagement strategies to meet the needs and retain existing members. Your role is instrumental in ensuring members and prospects understand the value of CMA membership: building relationships, educating members, and encouraging participation with ADF to keep the door open for the Gospel.
