Merimbula Lake Holiday Park is ideally located on the stunning NSW South Coast, offering guests a relaxed coastal escape with easy access to the lake, beaches and local attractions.

We are currently seeking a Casual All-Rounder – Reception & Amenities to join our team. We’re looking for someone confident on reception, proactive in their approach, and takes pride in maintaining clean and welcoming guest facilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on front office reception, combined with amenities and common area upkeep. You will be required to work independently, manage guest interactions, and maintain high presentation standards across shared facilities.

This role requires commitment to Sunday and Monday shifts, with additional availability throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front office reception duties
  • Managing reservations and guest enquiries
  • Cash handling and general administrative tasks
  • Cleaning and maintaining amenities and shared facilities
  • Supporting overall guest experience and park presentation
  • Working both independently and as part of a team

The successful applicant must possess:

  • Experience in the park/villages/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role.
  • Reservation System Experience e.g., RMS essential
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Hands on participation in the cleaning of all buildings and accommodation areas as directed by management.
  • Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
  • High level of communication and written skills
  • Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
  • Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
