North Haven Holiday Village is ideally located on the beautiful NSW Mid North Coast, nestled between the Camden Haven River and North Haven Beach. Just minutes from Laurieton and approximately 30 minutes south of Port Macquarie, the park offers a relaxed coastal setting for guests to unwind, explore and enjoy everything the Camden Haven region has to offer.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work across all days of the week, including weekdays, weekends and some public holidays, in line with the operational needs of the park.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, varied role responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and functionality of the park grounds, accommodation and facilities. The position involves physically demanding work, including regular manual handling and lifting, as well as the safe and competent use of power tools and cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• General grounds maintenance and landscaping
• Operation of maintenance equipment and power tools
• Upkeep of park facilities, amenities and common areas
• Cleaning of accommodation, amenities and shared spaces to a high standard
• Assisting with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Park Manager
• Supporting overall presentation, cleanliness and guest-ready standards across the park
• Providing a friendly and helpful presence for residents and guests when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar all-rounder, housekeeping or maintenance role (hospitality or similar environment preferred)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, carrying and repetitive physical activities
• Demonstrated ability to safely use power tools and maintenance equipment
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in cleaning and presentation standards
• Commitment to safe work practices and following WHS procedures

You will be competent in the use of equipment such as:

• Ride-on mowers
• Hedge trimmers
• Whipper snippers
• Pressure cleaners
• High-powered hand tools

Remuneration

The rate of pay for this role will be in accordance with the Hospitality General Award
