ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Part-Time All-Rounder to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and versatile All Rounder to join our dynamic team in the hospitality and catering industry. This part-time position requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly perform various tasks, including housekeeping, cleaning, assisting in the shop, and maintaining the grounds.

In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

• Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Change linens, replenish supplies, and clean bathrooms according to established standards.
• Report maintenance issues to management promptly.

Cleaning

• Perform thorough cleaning of all common areas
• Follow safety and health regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with deep cleaning duties as needed.

Shop Assistant :

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and purchases.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure the shop is organized.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with inventory management.

Grounds Maintenance :

• Assist in maintaining outdoor areas, including gardens, walkways, and patios.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks, such as mowing, watering, and planting.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning materials, tools, and safety practices.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a customer-focused attitude.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
