ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our office is more than just a workplace it’s a vibrant, social, and inspiring environment where collaboration thrives. At the heart of it all is our beloved coffee bar, the central hub of our hive. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled All Round Barista to bring energy, warmth, and, of course, exceptional coffee to our team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Crafting high-quality coffee and beverages that fuel our team’s creativity and collaboration.
Creating a welcoming and social atmosphere at the coffee bar, making it the ultimate gathering spot in our office.
Engaging with the team and guests, ensuring every coffee break is an experience.
Managing stock and supplies to keep our coffee bar running smoothly.
Keeping the coffee bar clean, organized, and aesthetically on-brand with Gisou’s signature style.
Introducing creative seasonal drinks or new offerings to enhance the experience.
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience as a Barista with a passion for crafting exceptional coffee.
A warm, friendly personality that naturally fosters connection and conversation.
An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.
Ability to multitask in a lively environment and adapt to the dynamic nature of a fast-growing brand.
A proactive and hands-on approach to keeping the coffee bar running seamlessly.
Providing flexible support to the wider Office Team as needed, contributing to a seamless and well-run workplace environment.
WHAT WE OFFER:
You will be working 2 days (potentially 3) a week.
