About the Role

Modern enterprise IT is no longer just infrastructure it's a product portfolio. Our team owns internal platforms, applications, and AI-enabled tools used across the company. Getting value from these products depends not just on building them, but on how they're packaged, communicated, and adopted


This role sits within IT's Business Enablement, Marketing & Adoption team purpose-built to bridge that gap: turning IT capabilities into compelling internal stories that drive real user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute internal campaigns across channels from initial brief to final delivery, with full ownership of timelines and outcomes
  • Create multi-format content independently copy, graphics, and short-form video without relying on a dedicated creative team
  • Leverage AI tools actively and strategically to accelerate production, enhance quality, and scale content output
  • Develop adoption-focused messaging strategies that move users from awareness to behavior change, not just awareness
  • Track campaign performance and iterate based on data identifying what's working and optimizing continuously

Basic Qualifications

  • A true generalist creative you can concept, design, write, and ship without a team behind you
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing, internal communications, product marketing, or a closely related field
  • Proven experience in internal communications, product marketing, change management, or a closely adjacent function
  • Adoption-minded by default you understand that a great product no one uses is a failed product
  • Agile and adaptive you're comfortable shifting priorities without sacrificing quality
  • Strong written and visual communication skills across both long-form and short-form formats

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong visual aesthetic and an instinct for what 'good' looks like across design, copy, and motion
  • A portfolio or digital presence that demonstrates your range design, writing, campaigns, or all three
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, internal product launches, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Candidates with an IIM background are preferred.
