About the Team

This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

What you can look forward to as algorithm engineer：

• Owns the end-to-end AI infrastructure and automation toolchain for ADAS workflows, from design and setup to deployment, integration, and validation.
• Drives key technical decisions across batch pipelines, model deployment frameworks, and local LLM enablement within the defined scope.
• Serves as the main point of contact between Algorithm, Infrastructure/DevOps, and Data teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Directly impacts development efficiency, deployment scalability, system stability, and overall delivery readiness.
• Handles complex dependencies across tools, environments, data pipelines, and automation processes.

Your Profile as algorithm engineer:

• Good software troubleshooting skills.
• Good at teamwork and be a good learner.
• Proficient in Python (required).
• Familiar with Linux.
• Experience in scripting (Python / Shell).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD.
• Understanding of AI model workflow (training / inference).
• Experience in model deployment is a plus.
• Experience with LLM or local deployment.
