ポジション概要:

APJにおけるPatient Insightsの高度化を目的として、Patient Ladder、Real World Data（RWD）をはじめとするPatient関連データの統合・モデリング・活用基盤構築をリードするData Engineeringポジションです。

本ポジションでは、Snowflakeを中心としたクラウドデータ基盤上で、Fivetranによるデータ連携、dbtによるデータ変換・モデリングを実装し、Patient Insightsおよび将来的なAI/Analytics活用を支えるデータ基盤を構築します。

APJ Transformationでは、Patient/HCP/Commercialデータに加えてRWD・EMRなどを統合し、Snowflake上にAI-readyなデータ基盤を構築します。

主な職務内容

1. Patient Data Integration

· Patient Ladder、RWD、EMR、CRM、Patient Support System ,Market Research等のデータの統合

· 各CRM　Data SourceからSnowflakeへのデータPipelineの設計・開発

· データソース間のMapping、標準化、データ品質管理

· APJ各Market・Business Functionと連携したデータ要件の整理

1. Snowflake Data Platform Engineering

· Snowflakeを利用したData Warehouse / Data Martの設計・開発

· Patient Insights、BI、Analytics、AIで利用可能なData Modelの設計

· 再利用可能で拡張性のあるData Architectureの構築

· Data Quality、Performance、Maintainabilityを考慮したEngineering

1. dbtによるData Transformation

· dbtを利用したデータ変換・Data Modeling

· SQLベースのTransformation Layerの設計・開発

· Business Definitionを反映した再利用可能なData Modelの構築

· Test、Documentation等を含む持続可能なData Engineering Processの構築

1. FivetranによるData Integration

· Fivetranを利用したSource SystemとSnowflake間のデータ連携

· Data Pipelineの設計、構築、運用

· データ連携における障害・品質問題のTroubleshooting

· 新規Data Source追加時のIntegration Design

1. Patient Insights / Analytics Enablement

· Patient Journey / Patient Ladder分析に必要なDatasetの構築

· RWDをBusiness InsightにつなげるためのData Engineering

· BI / Advanced Analytics / AIチームが利用可能なAnalytics-ready Datasetの提供

· 将来的なAI/ML/GenAI活用を想定したAI-ready Data Foundationの構築

必須要件

Technical Skills

以下について、実務で自ら設計・開発できるレベルの経験を必須とします。

· Snowflake Data Warehouse / Data Mart設計・開発,SQLを用いたデータ処理・モデリング

· dbtを利用したData Transformation / Data Modelingの実務経験

· Fivetranを利用したData Integration / Pipeline構築の実務経験

· SQLを用いた高度なデータ加工・分析

· Cloud Data PlatformにおけるData Engineeringの経験

· Data Modeling、Data Quality、ETL/ELTに関する実践的な知識

Snowflake、dbt、Fivetranの3製品については、いずれも実務経験を必須とします。

Language

· 日本語：Nativeレベル必須

日本のBusiness Stakeholderとの要件定義・コミュニケーションを独力で行えること

· 英語：APJ Stakeholderとの業務コミュニケーションが可能なレベル

歓迎要件

· 製薬業界での実務経験

· 製薬業界におけるCommercial / Medical / Patient関連データの経験

· **RWD（Real World Data）**の取り扱い経験

· Patient Journey / Patient Ladder等のPatient Analytics経験

· EMR、Claims、Prescription等のHealthcare Dataに関する知識

· CRM / HCP DataのData Integration経験

· Power BI等のBI/Visualization Platformの経験

· AI/ML向けDatasetやFeature構築の経験

· Data Governance / Data Quality Managementの経験
