
The Associate Director,GMTMarketing, willbe responsible fortheallmarketing activities ofan upcoming new launchproductin Japanworking closely with Brand Lead and other stakeholdersS/he willbe responsible formaking sure thelaunchreadiness andownthe development and execution ofstrategyincluding diseaseawareness, patientdiagnosis, branded communication, peer-to-peerprogramming, and non-personal promotion This is a highly strategic role that requires seasoned commercial acumen, scientific curiosity,and growth mindset. The role also requires close collaboration with Sales, Thought Leader Liaison, Medical Affairs, and other internalfunctions
Principal Responsibilities

Work onthelong-term growth and development goals
Qualifications
Demonstratedexpertiseof marketingbiopharma brand(s) in Japan
Prior launch experiences, preferably in rare diseaseand/or specialty care
Deep and well-rounded commercial experience in biopharma industry (e.g.sales, marketing, market research, new product planning)
Demonstratedexpertisedeveloping sound brand strategies grounded incustomerinsights
Executional and operationalknow-howon marketing programs
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Scientific acumen and comfort with clinicallyorienteddialogue
Intellectual curiosityand growth mindset
Passion for making a positive contribution to the rare disease community
Fluency in Japaneserequired;proficiencyin English ispreferred
Education
Bachelor’s degreerequired
Advanceddegree preferred(e.g.MBA, MS)
