
The Associate Director, Digital Omnichannel Lead will facilitate the development and execution of omnichannel engagement strategy across brands for Genetic & Metabolic Disorders (GMT) Business Unit. With expertise in omnichannel approach, customer engagement strategy and digital marketing discipline, s/he will collaborate with Brand Marketing tema to ensure unbranded and branded programs are optimized across channels with customer perspectives in mind. This is a strategic and operational role that requires digital omnichannel marketing expertise as well as its pragmatic application in the rare disease commercial environment. This position is also responsible for driving and managing 4 on-line based early diagnosis specialists as the dotted line. This role also requires close collaboration with Sales, Thought Leader Liaison, Medical Affairs, and other internal functions.
