As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded, creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to help take the Alchemy brand to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of marketing across our growing network of venues, working closely with our leadership team to deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, drive visitation and strengthen our community.

About the Role

You'll lead the planning and execution of Alchemy's marketing strategy, bringing together digital campaigns, CRM, partnerships and brand initiatives to support our continued growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and manage an integrated marketing calendar across all channels.
• Plan and execute campaigns that drive bookings, membership growth and retention.
• Lead marketing strategies for new venue launches, promotions and community activations.
• Manage CRM, email and SMS marketing, including automated customer journeys.
• Oversee paid advertising across Meta and Google, optimising campaigns for performance.
• Manage website content, landing pages and e-commerce across Webflow and Shopify.
• Build brand partnerships and community collaborations.
• Oversee merchandise marketing, brand assets and campaign collateral.
• Collaborate with our Content Creator to bring campaigns to life.
• Track marketing performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• A relevant marketing or business qualification, or at least 5 years' marketing experience.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, campaign management and customer acquisition.
• Confidence managing Meta and Google Ads, CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Experience with website management, ideally Webflow and Shopify.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
• A genuine interest in wellness, lifestyle brands and community.
