Front of House Team Member (Casual)

We’re currently looking for casual Sauna Attendant team members across our South of River venues to join the team.

What you'll be doing

As a Sauna Attendant, you'll be the welcoming face of Alchemy. You'll play a key role in creating an experience where guests feel comfortable, connected, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in.

Beyond customer interaction, you'll also be responsible for maintaining the high standards our members have come to expect. This is an active, hands-on role, where alongside creating exceptional customer experiences, team members are responsible for the ongoing cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and upkeep of the venue, including regular deep cleaning tasks that help maintain Alchemy's premium standards.

Please note: This is a physically active role with a significant cleaning component. Successful applicants should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and carrying out regular cleaning and venue maintenance throughout each shift.

Our venues operate from early morning through to late evening. Team members may be rostered shifts commencing as early as 5:30am and finishing as late as 11:00pm, including weekends and public holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every member.
• Completing regular cleaning, sanitising and sterilisation of saunas, bathrooms, reception and communal areas.
• Carrying out scheduled deep cleaning tasks to maintain our premium standards.
• Monitoring and replenishing consumables and amenities throughout your shift.
• Following all cleaning, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day venue operations.
