We are looking for a Production Technician to join our AlbuRx Bulk Operations at Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the AlbuRx Bulk Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing daily manufacturing process operations and ensuring that products are manufactured according to established procedures, meeting quality specifications, cost targets, and production schedules.
This is a part-time opportunity, working 2 days a week and fixed term contract until March 2027.
Week 1: Monday & Tuesday
Week 2: Friday & Sunday
You will be working on rotating start times (5:30am, 9:00am & 1:00pm).
Your Role
Operate process equipment and automation systems.
Prepare cleaning solutions, buffers, and process vessels.
Perform filter integrity testing and in-process testing.
Assist with CIP (Clean In Place) and facility cleaning.
Maintain accurate operational documentation and logbooks.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions when required.
Manage inventory of consumables and cleanroom garments.
Support continuous improvement activities to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Your Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or related discipline (desirable but not essential).
Experience working in a process focused or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
A proactive team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
