In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your proactive approach will help foster long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in Albanian and English via phone, email, and chat
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
• Stay updated on product information and company procedures
• Participate actively in training and development initiatives

Requirements

• Fluency in Albanian, and proficiency in English, are required. You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package.
• An EU residency/passport is mandatory.
