As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for our Albanian-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a stellar customer experience. Your role is essential in creating lasting customer relationships and increasing satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Albanian and English through various communication channels
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and challenges efficiently
• Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive solutions for customer issues
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support service enhancements
• Stay informed about product offerings and changes
• Engage in continuous training to develop customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Albanian and English with strong communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational proficiency
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage
