Mercier Consultancy is actively seeking an Albanian Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our digital platforms, ensuring that clients can engage confidently in a secure online space. Your fluency in Albanian and expertise in digital safety will be key to effectively managing safety concerns and enforcing platform policies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor digital content and activities to detect potential safety risks and violations
- Investigate and respond to safety reports and client concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety protocols
- Educate clients on best practices to maintain their digital trust and safety
- Analyze data related to safety trends and produce reports to guide improvements
- Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements in trust and safety
- Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of trust and safety issues among staff and clients
Requirements
- Fluency in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in digital trust and safety, cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities capable of conveying complex information clearly
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with digital safety tools and technologies is a plus
