Job Description

Resumen del PuestoColoca y une materiales de construcción, como ladrillo, baldosa estructural, bloque de hormigón, bloque de cemento, bloque de vidrio y bloque de terracota, con mortero y otras sustancias para construir o reparar muros, tabiques, arcos, alcantarillas y otras estructuras.

Responsabilidades:

  • Medir la distancia desde los puntos de referencia y marcar las pautas para establecer el trabajo, utilizando plumb bobs y niveles.
  • Calcular ángulos y cursos para determinar la alineación vertical y horizontal de los cursos.
  • Montaje y fijación de materiales para hacer marcos o accesorios utilizando herramientas manuales, tornillos de madera, clavos, pasadores o pegamento.
  • Fijación de ladrillo u otro material de construcción para estructurar con abrazaderas de alambre, agujeros de anclaje, antorcha o cemento.
  • Romper o cortar ladrillos, baldosas o bloques a medida, utilizando el borde de la paleta, martillo, o sierra de potencia.
  • Retirar el exceso de mortero con paletas y herramientas manuales, y terminar las juntas de mortero con herramientas de unión, aspecto sellado y uniforme.
  • Mezclar cantidades especificadas de arena, arcilla, suciedad o polvo de mortero con agua para formar mezclas refractarias
  • Examinar la estructura para determinar la necesidad de reparación.

Requisitos:

  • 3 años o más de experiencia en la instalación, creación de bloques de albañil.
  • Experiencia en el trabajo con equipos como elevadores de plumas, elevadores de tijeras y carretilla elevadora.
  • Fuerte conocimiento de trabajo de la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo, así como la capacidad de completar una orientación de seguridad específica de la empresa.
  • OSHA 30 HRS (Preferible).
