Job Title: Business Partner, Alastin

Location: Central Ontario (GTA)

The ALASTIN Business Partner is responsible for developing business in the direct sale of premium medical skin care products to physicians and skin care professionals alike. Galderma / ALASTIN promotes a consultative, education-based sales approach. This role is responsible for the prospecting, account acquisition, promotion, education, and demand generation of ALASTIN products to accounts within the Business Partner’s territory.

While increasing the total account base through the development of new accounts and the conversion of competitive accounts, the ALASTIN Business Partner will grow the premium skin care segment for Galderma / ALASTIN products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
  • Initiate specific plan of action to increase sales and market share.
  • Develop effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
  • Coordinate physician training programs and practice in-services and events.
  • Provide technical product and procedure expertise to customers. Confidently and credibly communicate key clinical data, study designs and study results and able to articulate key selling messages supported by data
  • Implement and execute key marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communications and working relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Establish effective territory routing plan based on area/territory priorities and T&E budget.
  • Actively participate in scheduled sales meetings, conference calls and other required business.
  • Manage territory budget and expenditures, and ensure timely reporting of all key metrics, such as sales call activity, CME activity in Veeva.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company ethical standards and policies for business and compliance related matters.
  • Use and leverage virtual platforms and digital assets (Veeva email / engage. Microsoft Teams) to accelerate account engagement, penetration, and development.
  • Represent Galderma by attending trade shows, conventions and other meetings.
  • Other related duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Completion of post-secondary education, preferably a university degree with a Business or Science focus
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role with preference given to experience in aesthetics, dermatological or medical device.
  • Transactional or direct selling experience is required in this role
  • Demonstrated strong track record of consistent sales/performance success (such as sales performance, leadership, and/or increased responsibilities) required)
  • Ability to travel is required by the specific territory
  • Ability to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results oriented
  • Must be proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM)
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license
