We are seeking an Alarm Programmer to join our team in Anaheim, CA. The ideal candidates are interested in career growth, detailed and have a passion for the security systems industry. Qualifications
Experience using remote programming tools such as Dealer Admin, Remote Link, Compass, RPS, DLS, Quickloader, etc.
Strong multitasking skills — able to handle software, phone calls, and documentation at the same time
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and troubleshooting processes
Confident and professional phone presence for supporting field techs and clients
Familiarity with basic networking concepts
Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation habits
Able to work independently or as a team, managing multiple remote sessions
Experience with central station signaling formats and panel communications is a plus
