Job Role:
To support its expanding international assistance operations in Japan, the company is strengthening its operational customer support team within its Tokyo Alarm Center. The Alarm Center Executive is responsible for managing customer assistance cases, coordinating operational support activities, and ensuring effective communication between customers, medical institutions, corporate partners, travel providers, and internal operational teams.
