In this role you will ensure that Apple’s channel investments are deployed effectively, executed with operational excellence, and aligned with Apple’s global and regional sales strategies. The position plays a key role in protecting investment ROI, scaling programs across markets, and most importantly: strengthening Apple’s brand presence across the key strategic partner channels.

The ALAC Channel Sales Programs Manager is responsible for defining the regional strategy, governance, and deployment of Apple Channel Sales Programs across Latin America. These programs enable high-quality, scalable, and consistent representation of Apple products and services across multiple routes to market, including Retail, Carrier, and Monobrand reseller partners.

Channel Sales Programs include merchandising fixtures, digital experiences, demo devices, product content, maintenance operations, and the supporting systems required to enable consistent execution across the region.

You will work closely with Sales leadership across Latin America with cross-functional teams both in region and at WW level, including CSO, Marcom, Finance, Sales Training, Business Development, Program Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Staffing, as well as key decision makers on the partners side.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic priorities with operational execution
Ability to anticipate risks and mobilize stakeholders to mitigate challenges proactively
Proven ability to manage complex programs involving multiple teams, timelines, and competing priorities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
Empathy and tenacity to support the needs of a diverse team, navigate ambiguity, and embrace change
Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, channel marketing, or POS program management within the technology, consumer electronics, or luxury retail industry
Proven experience managing complex channel programs with strategic partners
Strong understanding of retail and channel merchandising environments
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships, including executive-level engagement
Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support
Ability to set the pace for teams by energizing a sense of urgency, quality, priority, and focus
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and Spanish required
