A thriving companion animal practice uniquely positioned on the Alabama-Tennessee border is seeking a resilient, collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. Berry Animal Hospital is an established practice home with deep roots in the community

Technology, Equipment & Workflow

We operate out of a highly functional facility equipped to handle a dynamic, modern veterinary workflow:

• The Caseload: Predominantly small companion animals, with a tiny fraction (roughly 5%) dedicated to large animal cases utilizing our convenient, on-site large animal facilities (no field work or farm travel required).
• Advanced Medical Scope: Features 3 to 4 fully equipped exam rooms . We focus on comprehensive care and try to handle complex procedures in-house rather than referring everything out.
• In-House Diagnostics: We utilize fully equipped IDEXX in-house labs for immediate answers on sick patients, sending out only routine geriatric workups.

Mentorship & Connected Growth

Both seasoned practitioners and ambitious upcoming new graduates are highly encouraged to apply. We are deeply committed to your professional growth and follow a strict rule to ensure a safe learning environment: we never place two new graduates at the same location. There is always an experienced DVM on-site.

This dedicated, network-wide platform allows our doctors to instantly collaborate, share digital radiographs, upload ultrasound videos, and get real-time feedback on complex cases from a wealth of experienced senior peers across all practices.
