DIHO CONSULTING USA is looking for experienced kitchen professionals to join a high-volume, upscale Mexican restaurant concept focused on authentic flavors, quality execution, and consistency.
Responsible for operating the vertical spit (trompo), including proper seasoning, slicing technique, speed, and consistency during service. Experience with traditional al pastor preparation is required, along with strong knife skills and high-volume service capability.
What we offer: Guaranteed hours
– Full-time: 40 hrs/week
– Part-time: 20–30 hrs/week (based on operational needs)
Morning shift: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
