Lead and drive the functional excellence of Handheld eCommerce & marketing through for Korea. Includes best practice sharing across AKA for eCommerce plus working with various departments from eCommerce campaigns to eCommerce order operations. Responsible for Handheld eCommerce order execution until handover to other departments and growing eCom as channel.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leads Korea eCommerce marketing activities and shares best practices: from eCom campaign mgmt to eCom order output across AKA zone
  • Resolves eCom issues using established procedures. Identifies eCommerce process improvements locally together with Korean team (marketing, finance, OTR)
  • Collaborates with local Korean & AKA marketing team plus INT Handheld segment team to solve issues ecom-related.
  • Manages Korea eCommerce marketing operations (from order acquiring to order exectution handover to other departments)
  • Responsible for driving Korea eCom revenue
  • Lead and drive the functional excellence of eCommerce Korea together with INT Handheld segment & AKA marketing through for planning, processes, infrastructure, research and analysis, performance management and budgeting for better eCommerce execution.
  • Manages eCom as channel in Korea and touch points, intersect with an all marketing disciplines and deliver increasingly more ROI, which requires superior skills in planning, systems and process management.Focus of this role is leveraging Handheld AKA eCom Channel and increase eCom revenue as main objectives - this includes eCom order operations until handover points to local teams (from eCom campaign to order entry to OTR/Inside Sales handover).
  • Developing conceptual knowledge of own eCom discipline. Developing knowledge of eCom sales process including digital buying behaviour through eCom focus (B2B & B2C). Drive eCom best practice sharing across AKA.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires basic experience in the Marketing & Marketing Operations.
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • Experience working in matrix & international teams
  • pro active, collaborative problem solver
  • SEM (SEO/SEA) work experience - ideally with eCom revenue together

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • eCom experience (B2B / B2C) in Healthcare (MedTech)
