- Assist in the creation of new recipes and / or adaptations when necessary.
- Assist in the pre-preparation of the menu items (hygiene and food cutting).
- Assist in the control / planning of the items used in the menu.
- Assemble and distribute / service the Coffee Breaks and the Board of Directors.
- Collect and identify food samples.
- Carry the food from the preparation area to supply the refrigerators and greenhouses.
- Remove the food from the refrigerators and greenhouses to supply the thermal counters.
- Remove the perishable products from the original packaging in order to carry out the pre-preparation and food preparation activities.
- Assist in obtaining the standardization of the preparations together with 1/2 Officers and Chief Cooks, through the use of the standard recipes.
- Carry out sanitation services in the internal and external areas of the Restaurant.
- Perform daily cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Participate in the work developed in the internal philosophy of the work and safety teams.
- Follow the guidelines of the coordination, maintaining a participative and dedicated behavior in the subjects pertinent to the work area.
