Job Description

岗位定位

隶属于市场战略部门,聚焦AI座舱与驾舱跨域融合方向。作为 中央策略中台,负责将公司战略转化为该领域的产品策略与市场打法,通过深度的行业洞察与竞争分析,为各业务线产品经理提供方向指引与决策依据,并推动Pilot项目的对外对内的技术沟通及拉齐。

岗位职责

1. 市场分析与机会判断

持续追踪AI座舱、舱驾融合领域的政策走向、技术演进(大模型/端侧AI/芯片)、竞品动态及用户需求变迁,输出细分市场的深度分析报告与机会窗口判断,为公司在该领域的战略布局提供决策输入。

2. 产品战略规划与解码

基于公司整体战略,制定该领域2-3年的产品组合策略与路标规划。将顶层战略解码为各产品线的具体方向与优先级,明确“做什么、不做什么”,确保各业务线产品规划与公司战略保持一致。

3. 跨产品线协同策略

拉通座舱、智驾、车控等各产品线的PM,识别跨域协同的机会点与冲突点,推动形成统一的舱驾融合体验方案,确保各线策略对齐且不重复建设。

4. Pilot项目推进与技术沟通

主导AI座舱及舱驾融合相关Pilot项目的对内对外技术沟通,拉齐各业务线(座舱、智驾、车控、AI算法等)的技术认知与落地节奏,推动跨域融合项目从概念验证走向可落地的标杆案例。

5. 竞争力评估与反馈闭环

建立行业竞品对标体系,定期评估自有产品组合的市场竞争力。向管理层输出策略建议,推动重大产品立项决策。

Qualifications

基本条件

  • 本科及以上学历,8年以上汽车/科技行业产品相关经验
  • 其中至少3年涉及智能座舱或智驾领域,有战略/市场分析经验者优先

专业能力

  • 深刻理解AI大模型在座舱的应用、舱驾一体技术架构及行业趋势
  • 具备优秀的市场洞察与结构化分析能力,能从繁杂信息中提炼核心趋势
  • 熟悉主流车企座舱及智驾产品的竞争格局,具备竞品对标方法论
  • 能够将技术趋势转化为清晰的商业策略与产品方向

项目管理与沟通能力

  • 具备Pilot项目或跨业务线复杂项目的推进经验,能够协调多方资源推动落地
  • 具备较强的技术理解力,能与算法、软件、硬件工程师进行有效对话,并能将技术语言转化为业务侧可理解的决策依据
  • 能够独立组织并推动跨部门、跨公司的技术沟通会议,拉齐各方预期与节奏

软性素质

  • 出色的跨团队沟通与影响力,能与各业务线PM及高管高效对话
  • 战略思维与全局视角,不局限于单一产品,善于系统性思考
  • 具备Owner意识,对项目交付结果负责,能够在模糊边界下主动推进
