Job Description

【岗位职责】

1. 售前技术推广与支持:

  • 负责公司车载AI座舱产品的售前技术支持工作;
  • 配合销售团队拜访主机厂(OEM)及Tier 1客户,进行产品技术宣讲、方案演示与交流,准确挖掘并引导客户需求;
  • 根据客户需求,结合公司产品与技术能力,主导输出针对性的AI座舱系统解决方案及技术规格书;
  • 负责主导POC(概念验证)及样车演示环境的搭建与路演,解答客户在技术架构、软硬件性能等方面的疑问。

2. 客户项目报价:

  • 作为报价的技术接口人,统筹客户RFQ(询价)阶段的技术评估与成本核算工作;
  • 拆解客户需求,协同内部研发、供应链及采购团队,完成BOM成本、NRE及开发成本的评估;
  • 主导编制高质量的技术报价单及商业提案,参与重大项目的招投标及商务谈判。

3. 售前项目管理与交付统筹:

  • 全流程节点把控:运用项目管理方法论,制定RFQ阶段的WBS(工作分解结构),严格把控各项技术评审、样件交付、报价提交等关键里程碑;
  • 跨部门资源调度:作为售前阶段的项目Owner,协调研发、测试、质量、采购等跨职能部门,确保售前投入资源的有效性和及时性;
  • 风险与过渡管理:识别售前阶段的技术、成本及进度风险并制定应对策略;负责在项目定点后,向PM(项目经理)及研发团队进行平滑、无损的需求与资产交接。

4. 行业洞察与需求管理:

  • 将模糊的客户需求转化为内部研发可理解的产品需求文档(PRD)或技术规范;
  • 跟踪AI座舱行业前沿技术(如座舱芯片新平台、AI大模型上车、舱驾融合等),收集竞品信息,协助完善公司产品路线图及销售工具包。

5. 负责AI座舱产品平台管理:

  • 推动AI座舱平台产品获批立项
  • 主导AI座舱平台需求收集和方案制定,确保该产品平台化设计达成
  • 管理并优化AI座舱平台产品成本。

Qualifications

【任职要求】

1. 学历与专业:

  • 本科及以上学历,车辆工程、电子信息、计算机科学、自动化、等相关专业;

2. 经验要求:

  • 8年以上汽车电子行业售前、产品经理、系统经理或项目经理经验;
  • 具备完整的AI座舱项目从售前导入到定点成功经验,熟悉主流主机厂的研发、采购及定点流程;

3. 专业技能:

  • 熟悉AI座舱软硬件架构,包括座舱SoC、操作系统、中间件及上层应用;了解汽车电子电气架构(EEA),熟悉车载总线通信协议;
  • 精通PPT方案撰写与讲解,能独立完成高质量的技术方案与报价文档输出。
  • 财务计算能力:具备优秀的数字敏感度,熟悉制造业成本结构,能熟练运用Excel等工具搭建财务测算模型(包含毛利分析、NRE分摊计算、投资回报率ROI分析等);
  • 项目管理能力:熟悉汽车行业项目管理体系(如ASPICE、CMMI或PMP体系),了解主机厂典型的V模型开发流程,能够独立推动多部门协作任务。
  • 语言能力:英文听说读写流利

5. 综合素质:

  • 具备极强的沟通表达能力和商务谈判技巧,能快速建立客户信任;
  • 逻辑严密,对内能“抠”成本算账,对外能“扛”压力拿单,适应一定频率的出差。

【加分项】

  • 有过头部主机厂座舱部门研发/项目背景,或知名Tier 1座舱产品线背景者优先;
  • 持有PMP(项目管理专业人士)认证或CPA/CMA等财务相关证书者优先。
