Job Description

我们正在寻找一位具有前瞻视野的技术负责人,负责前瞻研究部门中 “AI 与数据 / 云计算”领域 的整体技术方向。该岗位将构建端到云的技术桥梁,核心使命包括两个方面:

  1. AI战略方向:探索并孵化下一代算法技术(如大语言模型 LLMs、端到端自动驾驶 E2E Driving)。

  2. 云架构设计:定义支撑“数据闭环(Data Closed-Loop)”的数据基础设施,包括车辆数据采集、自动标注流程、云端仿真与模型训练平台。

主要职责

1. 技术前瞻与战略探索(AI 与云技术趋势)

  • 跟踪全球 云原生汽车架构(Cloud-Native Automotive Architecture)发展趋势,重点关注 混合云解决方案(Edge-to-Cloud 协同)以及中国本地 主权云(Sovereign Cloud)合规要求。

  • 研究云端仿真技术(如 World Model)及数据管理技术(如 用于RAG的向量数据库、合成数据生成技术)。

  • 构建 “AI 与云技术版图(AI & Cloud Tech Landscape Map)”,识别在提升系统智能的同时优化算力成本的技术机会。

2. 云与数据架构设计(核心基础能力)

  • 数据闭环架构(Data Closed-Loop)

    设计自动化数据处理流程的高层架构,包括 数据采集 → 数据清洗 → 自动标注(Foundation Model驱动)→ 模型训练 → OTA更新

  • 混合算力策略(Hybrid Compute Strategy)

    明确哪些计算任务在车端(Edge NPU)执行,哪些任务在云端执行,例如

    • Shadow Mode 数据过滤逻辑

    • 大规模模型训练等高算力任务。

  • 仿真基础设施(Simulation Infrastructure)

    主导设计用于 L3/L4自动驾驶算法验证的大规模云端仿真平台,确保符合 ISO 8800 等相关标准。

3. 深度技术分析(可行性与成本管理)

  • 撰写 云计算 ROI 与 FinOps 深度分析报告,评估大规模模型训练与数据存储扩展的成本影响。

  • 为云服务选择提供 “自建 vs 采购(Make vs Buy)” 的技术与成本建议(如 AWS、Azure 或私有云)。

  • 评估 车云协同计算(Vehicle-Cloud Collaborative Computing)的技术可行性,例如远程控制协议(RCP)的延迟分析。

4. 创新孵化与技术落地

  • 指导创新团队(Innovation Squad)开发 云原生技术 PoC(概念验证),例如:

    • 基于 RAG 的云端知识库系统(与车辆连接)

    • Shadow Mode 数据触发机制等。

  • 确保所有云端技术验证项目符合 网络安全与数据隐私法规要求

Qualifications

教育背景:计算机科学、云计算、人工智能或相关专业 硕士或博士学历

工作经验:

  • 8年以上软件工程经验,其中至少 3年以上云架构或数据基础设施相关经验

  • 汽车、物联网(IoT)或科技行业 处理大规模设备数据的实际经验。

技术能力(云计算 + AI 复合能力)

  1. 云原生技术:精通 Kubernetes (K8s)、Docker、微服务架构,熟悉主流公有云平台(AWS / Azure / 阿里云等)
  2. 数据基础设施:有 数据湖平台(如 Snowflake、Databricks)经验;熟悉 向量数据库(如 Milvus、Pinecone,用于 LLM 场景);熟悉 数据管道系统(Kafka、Airflow).
  3. AI工程体系:理解 MLOps 工作流(如 Kubeflow、MLflow); 具备云端模型部署与服务化经验

商业与成本意识: 能够进行云计算总体拥有成本(TCO)分析; 具备云资源优化能力(如 Spot Instance、GPU 利用率优化)

语言能力: 中英文流利
