职位描述
1、负责第二代VLA多模态大模型在智驾全场景的产品规划、设计和体验迭代工作，能够独立承担智驾VLA行车、园区、泊车等模块某一产品业务，完成产品规划、关键产品需求设计、交互设计与推动落地。支持并参与用户反馈、调研、数据与行业竞品洞察，持续改进产品体验，为用户提供超越期待的VLA全场景智驾产品； 2、负责第二代VLA多模态大模型在智驾全场景的全链路落地，涵盖智驾场景关键数据定义、模型训练、能力泛化、决策推理、异常场景处理、模型能力迭代等核心功能的需求定义、效果评测与体验优化； 3、跟踪全球VLA大模型、自动驾驶大模型行业动态与竞品技术进展，开展VLA大模型行业调研，输出模型能力迭代方向与产品创新方案； 4、协同模型团队、数据团队、仿真团队等，完成VLA模型的场景需求拆解、Prompt体系设计、评测标准制定，跟进模型全流程落地与上线验证； 5、跟踪智驾场景覆盖率、模型决策准确率、用户接管率等核心指标，持续迭代VLA模型在智驾场景的落地效果。
职位要求
1、科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业优先； 2、专业经验：具备至少3-5年自动驾驶以及AI大模型相关产品工作经验，具备智驾AI大模型（VLA、世界模型等）产品工作经验优先； 3、对物理AI、VLA模型、自动驾驶大模型等有深刻认知，对智驾技术发展、VLA模型有强烈兴趣，愿意深耕物理AI落地领域； 4、逻辑清晰，具备结构化思考能力与用户体验思维，良好的跨团队沟通协作意识，自驱力强，敢于挑战前沿技术领域。
