Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) is a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to serving individuals on the autism spectrum throughout their lives. Based in Singapore, ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community.

The team at Autism Intervention, Training & Consultancy (AITC) provides training and consultancy services for professionals and caregivers, as well as direct intervention services for individuals on the autism spectrum.

As an AITC Training Intern, your Impact and Contribution includes:

  • Assist with participant registration, enquiries, and general administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and consolidate participant lists for training events.
  • Liaise with sponsoring bodies, schools, trainers, and participants.
  • Support venue setup and day-of-event operations.
  • Edit, format, and prepare course outlines, handouts, and training materials.
  • Provide photography and videography support during events.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and documentation of training activities.
  • Assist with logistics coordination, including materials, equipment, and refreshments.
  • Support post-event tasks such as feedback collection and report preparation.
  • Help manage digital resources and organize media files.
  • Carry out general office duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest or basic skills in photography/videography is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work on selected Saturdays when required.

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm

Salary: $1600 per month
