Role Purpose
Safety, Security, and Environmental stewardship are core values of Menzies Aviation (MA). MA has a duty of care to provide a safe workplace to our Employees; and this important responsibility ultimately falls to the General Manager.
The MA Airside General Manager is responsible for implementation and adherence to MA Safety, Security, Quality, and Training policies and SOPs as well as local, state, and Federal regulations and all station operations, service delivery.
The role requires a seasoned senior manager with a strong operational and business understanding and leadership skills. The incumbent must have the ability to run a business in a challenging environment, whilst maintaining strict Menzies Corporate Governance and Financial guidelines.
Services offered at this station include Passenger Services, Ramp Handling, Aircraft Fueling, and/or GSE Maintenance.

Reporting to: Director of Operations
Salary: $105,000.00

Other tasks include digging and shoveling, such as snow removal around equipment and office. Employee may also engage in debris removal which involves lifting, bending and stooping. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70lbs.
