Position Overview
As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
Maintain a clean driving record
Participate in required DOT and company training
Report accidents or incidents immediately
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Perform other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
- Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
- Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
- Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent driving skills and a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Ability to navigate efficiently in various traffic conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and logs.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed.
- Ability to assist passengers with luggage or other belongings.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
