Job Description

Join our airport team as a Rental Sales & Service Associate and help travelers get on the road with confidence. This role combines customer service, sales, rental transactions, and coordination with our vehicle operations team.

This position primarily covers evening and second shifts. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with reservations, vehicle pickups, returns, and rental extensions.
• Close out contracts.
• Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Explain vehicle options, upgrades, rental rates, and optional protection products.
• Recommend services based on customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Check vehicle condition and communicate fleet readiness needs to operations staff.
• Maintain an organized counter area and follow rental procedures.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or airport experience is beneficial, but training is provided. Employment requires successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history, with no more than two accidents/incidents in the past three years. Applicants under 21 must have a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and handling sales transactions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and available for evening shifts and weekends.
