We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Richmond Head Office team. This role supports seamless guest travel experiences, manages key administrative functions, and provides front-office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service.
This is a seasonal position based in Richmond, British Columbia, with employment running from mid-May through mid-September.
Responsibilities
Travel periodically with guests to and from Haida Gwaii (same-day return), assisting with logistics and on-site guest support
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate flight manifests and travel documentation
Prepare and organize guest materials, including luggage tags and fishing licences
Maintain a high level of organization, professionalism, and attentiveness in all interactions
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within hospitality or tourism
Comfortable with frequent air travel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic work environment
