1. 分管地面服务保障部、运行保障部、安检保卫部、航务部工作，确保各部门工作顺畅开展；监督各部门的工作质量，解决出现的各类困难及问题；| In charge of the ground service support department, operation support department, security inspection department, and aviation department to ensure the smooth development of the work of each department; supervise the work quality of each department and solve various difficulties and problems that arise;

2. 负责主导中心内各部门管理手册、制度的制定，完善运行相关流程的设计及实施，监督各部门落实相关政策、手册、业务制度的宣贯；| Responsible for leading the formulation of management manuals and systems for each department in the center, perfecting the design and implementation of related processes for operation, and supervising the implementation of relevant policies, manuals, and business systems by various departments;

3. 按照公司确立的目æ ‡ç®¡ç†è¦æ±‚ï¼Œè´Ÿè´£åˆ¶å®šä¸­å¿ƒæ¶‰åŠç»è¥ç®¡ç†çš„è®¡åˆ’å’Œæ–¹æ¡ˆï¼Œå¹¶ç»„ç»‡å®žæ–½ï¼›| In accordance with the target management requirements established by the company, be responsible for formulating the center's plans and programs involving operation and management, and organizing the implementation;

4. 通过机场生产运行网络协调、指挥各驻场单位保障航空器在本机场地面的有序运行；

Coordinate and command each stationed unit through the airport production and operation network to ensure the orderly operation of aircraft on the ground of the airport;

5. 负责机坪设备的操作、监控、调解、巡视、异常处置的监督工作，使所有运行保障安全、正确有效；| Responsible for the operation, monitoring, mediation, inspection, and supervision of abnormal handling of the apron equipment, so that all operations are guaranteed to be safe, correct, and effective;

7. 保证机坪地面服务运行安全；为航空器及旅客提供有力保障，制定相应的作业规程，并动态修订；| Ensure the safe operation of apron ground services; provide strong guarantees for aircraft and passengers, formulate corresponding operating procedures, and dynamically revise them

8. 确保航空安全为首任，负责机场地面、空港安全及机场安全、防火、治安工作管理；| Ensure aviation safety as the first task, responsible for airport ground, airport safety, fire prevention, and public security management; 

9. 当航空器发生事故或紧急事件时，向各救援单位发布信息和指令，协调指挥应急救援。负责运行事故的预防、应急安排、救援方案审定；事故的分析、总结、措施的意见；| When an aircraft accident or emergency occurs, issue information and instructions to rescue units, and coordinate and direct emergency rescue. Responsible for the prevention of operational accidents, emergency arrangements, and review of rescue plans; accident analysis, summary, and opinions on measures;

10. 负责中心设备、人员的日常管理、安全管理及各项目的细化管理；| Responsible for the daily management, safety management, and detailed management of the center equipment and personnel;

11. 负责中心的整体团队建设，激励及培训发展工作；| Responsible for the overall team building, motivation and training development of the center;

12. 协助分管副总进行相关业务的分析决策及政策制订；| Assist the deputy general manager in relevant business analysis and decision-making and policy formulation;

13. 完成领导布置的其它任务。| Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

【任职要求】：【Job requirements】:

1. 教育水平：全日制统招本科及以上学历 | Education level: full-time unified enrollment of bachelor degree and above

2. 参考专业：管理类或航空相关专业 | Reference major: management or aviation-related major

3. 工作经验：7年以上机场运行工作经验，3年以上运行管理岗位任职经验 | Work experience: more than 7 years of working experience in airport operations, more than 3 years of experience in operation management positions
