The Airport Greeter is responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival and departure at the airport, ensuring a seamless, warm, and luxurious first and last impression of FAENA, The Red Sea. The role includes assisting with meet-and-greet services, coordinating transportation, supporting luggage handling, and facilitating smooth transfers between the airport and the resort while delivering attentive, professional, and personalized guest service in line with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests at the airport with a warm, professional, and personalized greeting.

  • Assist guests during arrival and departure procedures to ensure a smooth airport experience.

  • Identify and escort VIP guests, ensuring priority handling and special attention.

  • Coordinate guest transfers between the airport and the resort, including transportation arrangements.

  • Assist with luggage handling and ensure safe transfer of guest belongings to vehicles or resort representatives.

  • Liaise with airport authorities, immigration staff, and transportation providers when necessary to facilitate guest movement.

  • Monitor flight arrivals and departures to ensure timely coordination of guest services.

  • Communicate guest arrivals, delays, or special requirements to the resort team.

  • Provide guests with accurate information about resort transfers, timing, and services.

  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Ensure all meet-and-greet signage, materials, and welcome setups are properly prepared.

  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards.

  • Support VIP protocols and ensure discreet, personalized service for high-profile guests.

  • Coordinate closely with Concierge, Transportation, and Front Office teams.

  • Ensure guest privacy, confidentiality, and security at all times.

  • Maintain a calm and organized presence in busy airport environments.

  • Report any operational issues, delays, or incidents promptly to management.

  • Deliver a seamless transition from airport arrival to resort experience reflecting FAENA The Red Sea’s luxury standards.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism training preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in guest services, airport operations, concierge, or luxury hospitality.

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with airport procedures, arrival/departure processes, and VIP handling preferred.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of local transportation and travel coordination.
