1. Senior Environmental Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Related Postgraduate Degree required

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in environmental management, compliance, or assessment

2. Sociologist / Gender and Development (GAD) Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Sociology, Social Sciences, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in gender, social development, or community-based projects

3. Environmental Planner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in environmental planning or infrastructure projects

4. Social Development Team Leader

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree holder in:
  • Community Development
  • Sociology
  • Anthropology
  • Development Management / Project Management
  • Organizational Development
  • Economics

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience leading social development teams or programs

5. Resettlement Specialist

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree holder in:
  • Community Development
  • Sociology
  • Anthropology
  • Economics
  • Development / Project Management
  • Civil Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in resettlement, land acquisition, or involuntary resettlement projects

6. Livelihood Development Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Postgraduate degree in:
  • Economics
  • Social Sciences
  • Rural or Urban Planning

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in livelihood restoration or socioeconomic development

7. Architect / Urban Planner

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect
• Specialization in Urban Planning

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in urban planning or infrastructure-related projects

8. Cost Engineer

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of general professional experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in cost engineering, estimates, and infrastructure projects
