This position will report in person to Denver International Airport. Employee parking will be provided.
Shifts can range anywhere from thetimeof 6:00am - 9:00pm MSTand can include nights, holidays, and weekends. Schedule flexibility needed
Positionparticipatesin a seniority-based shift bid.
If weather conditionswarrantor an emergency crisis occurs, employeescan be requiredto work extended hours or shifts. Availability to extend and change shifts with short notice needed.
All scheduling is subject to adjustment and is based on operational needs
As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you willbe responsible fordelivering exceptional service to customers traveling through our airport. You will be assigned based on operational need to eitherassistat airport Information Booths and strategic locations throughout DEN toassistcustomers with wayfindingetc. orproviding line management in International Arrivals.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to do the following:
Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” for Denver International Airport (DEN) byanticipatingcustomer needs and exceeding their expectationsDemonstrates this through consistently being professional, visible, approachable, flexible, reliable, accountable and by delivering the highest levels of customer service in everyday assignments, special projects and initiatives and is an active team contributor
Support a variety of airport and employee related events, including meeting and greeting guests, providing directionalinformation,etc.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders by developing relationships with governmental agencies and internal departments to ensure customer service goals andobjectivesare met.
Staff Information Booths on the concourses to provide general wayfinding, restaurant, and retail recommendations
Staff International Arrivals providing queue line management andmaintainingpassenger safety and operational efficiency in the Federal Inspection Services facility
Monitor airport terminal and concourse areas for conditions that compromise safety, security, and efficiency and report issues to theappropriate authority
Proactivelyprovide assistance topassengers in emergency situations such as weather events, security breaches, train failures, and security level changes
Utilize a variety of technology devices toassistcustomers with information requests andmaintaina current level of knowledge about DEN by attending training, airport briefings and meetings with managers,supervisors,and stakeholders.
Complete various facility checks to ensure DEN is providing a positive customer experience.Use various technology platforms to capture observations,issues,etc.
With training, provide support to other areas within the customer service department as needed,including, meet& assist services, and the Customer Relations Center.

Five (5) years customer service experience working in an airline, airport, service,hotelor hospitality industry
Professional level experience in using Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Word
Strong oral communication skills
Bilingual - German, Spanish, French, or Mandarin a plus
Education Requirement: Graduation from high school or possession of a GED,HiSETor TASC Certificate.
Experience Requirement: Two (2) years of customer service work for airlines, callcenter, hospitality, groundtransportationor other related industries.
Education and Experience Equivalency: Additionalappropriate educationmay be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.
License/CertificationRequirement: Requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application. Licenses and certifications must be kept current as a condition of employment.
FBI criminal background check isrequiredfor all positions at Denver International Airport (DEN). Employeesare also required toreport any felony convictions and/or moving violations tomaintainthis clearance and be eligible for continued employment. By position, a pre-employment physical/drug test may be required
Denver International Airport is a 24/7/365 team operation. If staffing challenges arise, weather conditionswarrant, or an emergency crisis occurs, all DEN employees willbe requiredto work extended hours and/or alternative shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
