
General Summary: Assists in supervising and administering activities associated with servicing passengers and baggage, ramp activities, training personnel, servicing and fueling aircraft and executing emergency procedures within the guidelines of supervisory instructions, federal and state laws and regulations, and airport policies and procedures. Reports to the Customer Service Agent (CSA) Lead or other designated person and works with co-workers, emergency response personnel, and crews to provide operational support. Performs duties as Customer Service Agent (CSA) Lead in his/her absence. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: High School diploma, or GED.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years in aviation services.
Certification/Security Clearance: EMPLOYMENT CONTINGENT UPON MAINTAINING APPROPRIATE SECURITY STATUS AT ALL TIMES.
Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving history. If State license is other than Georgia or South Carolina, applicant must obtain a license in Georgia or South Carolina within 30 days of employment.
OTHER: This position requires staff call up in an emergency situation.
