Introduction:
This 6-month traineeship offers hands-on exposure to business development, operations, and supply chain management, where you will support the team by monitoring key performance metrics, preparing data reports, and coordinating cross-functional projects. You will also collaborate with Transportation Supply Chain and Product teams to develop business requirements and support the sales cycle through accurate quotation preparation.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Compile regular performance reports on performance and operational metrics according to business requirements.
- Prepare key indicator data reports, monitor for any abnormal situations and coordinate with relevant personnel to handle them promptly.
- Gather requirements from the Air Supply Chain team and collaborate with the Product team to draft and manage BRDs for technical and operational projects.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Assist in providing quotations in support of client evaluation during sales cycle
- Support CSM team on air-related client investigation and implementation.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Graduated with a Bachelor Degree
- No prior full-time working experience is required
- Strong organizational and documentation ability
- Detail oriented with high accuracy in tracking and reporting
- Good analytical skills, proficiency in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Self-driven, proactive, structured
