• Handle day-to-day airfreight operations (import/export) from booking confirmation to final delivery, ensuring shipments move on schedule and per customer requirements.
• Provide responsive customer service by answering operational enquiries, resolving shipment issues promptly, and escalating to relevant parties when needed.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handling agents, truckers, warehouses and overseas partners on space booking, cargo receipt, build-up, flight schedules and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare, check and submit shipping documents and ensure accurate data entry in the operating system.
• Ensure operational compliance with airline/IATA and security requirements, follow internal SOPs, and maintain complete shipment files and records.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving with a customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with freight forwarding processes, including booking, documentation, and customs regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities
• Valid IATA training is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English with good computer skills
